Returns and exchanges

In general, all sales are considered final when payment is made.  In practice, we understand that, in exceptional circumstances, returns may be necessary.  Following are conditions under which returns are accepted:


Damaged or defective goods:

Goods damaged in transit can be returned for replacement.  Goods must be inspected upon receipt and damaged should be reported to delivery person at that time.

It is essential that physical damage to the product be noted prior to acceptance of the shipment.  Claims made after goods have been accepted to be in good order cannot be accepted.

Goods that have defects such as cracks, chips, etc. can be returned for replacement.  It should be noted that variations in the stone are naturally occurring and not considered defects.  (Please refer to the section About Natural Stone)

Incorrect product received:

If the wrong goods are shipped, they can be returned for replacement with no cost penalty.

If the incorrect goods are ordered (customer error), goods can be returned under the following conditions:

Customer pays two-way freight;

Customer pays 25% re-stocking fee.
